Capt. Harry Browne holds a USCG certified 25 ton Master license. He has been fishing for over 35 years in the New York and New Jersey waters both from the surf and ocean. He has spent countless hours fishing along the NJ coast and offshore.   

When he isn't fishing Capt. Harry is a Financial and Insurance Advisor with One Legacy Financial Group, LLC in Parsippany NJ The boat name "Muscles Magoo" was created from nicknames given to his kids Harrison & Shannon.
