Our Charter Policies

Charters must be cancelled or changed no more than 2 weeks before sailing date in order to receive a refund. No hard liquor or illegal substances aboard the vessel. Captain retains the right to end any charter due to any safety issue.

Children 12 and under MUST wear a life jackets at all times while fishing or under way, no exclusions, non-negotiable. We are happy to provide one for use at no charge or you are welcome to bring & use your own. Please notify us during your booking. We require a $200 deposit upon booking your trip, via Venmo, Paypal and/or credit card.

When aboard the vessel or when deposits and payments received, you agree to all of our policies.
